This form is intended for international students enrolled at Juilliard or international alumni of Juilliard requiring a support letter.

If you are not a current Juilliard international student and are interested in applying to Juilliard, please visit the Office of Admission's website, https://www.juilliard.edu/admissions.

Current Juilliard international students or alumni can fill out this form to receive a letter for the purposes of applying for a visa, establishing a bank account, or enrollment/residency verification.

Note: Visa applicants must qualify on the basis of the applicant's residence and ties abroad, rather than assurances from U.S. family and friends. A letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support is not needed to apply for a visitor visa. If you choose to bring a letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support to your interview, please remember it is not one of the factors used in determining whether to issue or deny the visa.
